I was going through one of the worst phases in my life; also, I was reluctant to go to a psychologist. However, I took the first step in filling out the intake form from Brainstorm International and now realize it was the best decision. The sessions taken by Bhagyashree were beneficial, and she tracked the progress of improvement in every other session. The EFT technique was something new to me. However, during the sessions, I was guided well and made comfortable, which helped the technique gradually make me feel better. The sessions were always taken on time, the counsellor was approachable if I required sessions other than the scheduled ones, and guidance was provided off sessions too. Overall, it was a great decision and within a month, I was able to start getting back normally to my daily routine life. I thank Brainstorm International for their support in this healing journey and encourage others to contact them in case they require mental health support.
